When to call the vet straight away

Pets hide pain well, so a sudden change matters. Call the clinic straight away if your pet has any of these:
- Trouble breathing, or blue or very pale gums
- Collapse, a seizure, or being unable to stand
- Heavy bleeding, or a road accident or a fall, even if your pet looks fine afterwards
- Repeated vomiting or bloody diarrhoea, especially in a puppy or kitten
- A swollen, hard belly with retching and nothing coming up
- A cat straining in the litter tray and passing little or no urine
- Eating something poisonous, even if there are no signs yet
Our Kalma Chowk branch is open 24/7. Call before you set off, and bring any packet or medicine your pet may have swallowed.
