This policy explains how Asim Pets Clinic, Lahore, handles information in the Asim Pets Clinic mobile app and on asimpetsclinic.com.

Information you give us

The app and website have no accounts, appointments or chat. If you call or email us, we receive your number or email address and what you choose to tell us, and we use it only to help you and your pet.

Your location

When you tap Find my nearest branch, the app asks for your approximate location. It uses it on your phone to sort our branches by distance. We do not send it to our servers or store it. You can refuse, and the rest of the app still works.

Advertising

The app shows ads from Google AdMob, and the website may show ads from Google AdSense. Google may collect device identifiers, your approximate location from your IP address, and information about how you use the app or website, to show and measure ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or limit personalized ads, in your phone’s settings. See how Google uses data in ads.

Videos, maps and social media

Videos play through YouTube. Maps and directions use Google Maps. Facebook and Instagram content comes from those services. When you use them, they may collect information under their own privacy policies.

Website analytics

The website may use Google Analytics to understand visits in general. It uses cookies for this.

Information stored on your phone

The app saves the latest branch timings, notices and tips on your phone so you can see them without internet. Uninstalling the app removes them.

Children

The app and website are for pet owners and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

The app and website use encrypted connections to load our content.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
